However, we understand the importance of the facilities to your business and in line with this we offer the option of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract with our commercial partners.
How will it work?
At the start of a project or contract we will work with you to fully understand your requirements, deliverables and expectations. An SLA contract will be created and mutually approved so that we have a clear outline from the offset.
Whether it be that you would like commitment for a monthly service and inspection to identify potential plumbing problems or the ability to agree set terms for use on an ongoing basis, we will work with you to create an SLA contract what meets all your needs and removes the worries of having to deal with costly emergencies alone.

What happens if a service level is not met?
We are very confident with the service we deliver, however reasonable compensation and penalties will be included in the SLA, for the unlikely change that we will not meet or exceed your expectations.
